All wars start and end at negotiation tables but are often orchestrated so taxpayers won’t question the massive resources directed to arms production. War, often romanticized, must be globally banned, as it fundamentally represent a spectrum of crimes, including environmental destruction, organ trafficking, human trafficking, historical artifact smuggling, large-scale loss of life and significant contributions to the climate crisis. .
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE WORLD UNION
The European Union, once a region of conflict, demonstrates that unity can transform nations. While some may think "world peace is impossible," the EU's success shows that cooperation among countries leads to prosperity and stability. By working together, people can establish a model for a World Union focused on peace and collective well-being. Each year, $22.5 trillion is spent on war worldwide. If this amount were equally distributed among the 8 billion people on Earth, it would result in an annual stipend of $2,800 per person, ensuring that no one is left behind. Investing in humanity yields far greater benefits than perpetuating conflict. By establishing a Global Citizenship Stipend Fund, we can redirect these resources toward fostering peace, promoting social equity, and supporting the United Nations Sustainability Goals.
